About the Orange County IAHSP Chapter
The Orange County IAHSP Regional Chapter (IAHSP ORANGE COUNTY) was founded in 2006 to provide a professional business association for Home Staging professionals throughout Orange County. Our goal is to foster growth, unity, and networking among peers in the Staging community. Through our efforts we hope to elevate the professionalism of Home Staging throughout Southern California and work to continually expand our quality of services.
To join the IAHSP ORANGE COUNTY, members must be licensed business owners in Southern California, and be providing Home Staging Services. Members must be ASP™ or ASP Master™ Staging Professionals or ASP™ Real Estate Agents. All members are subject to our ethics guidelines for participation and business conduct.
We are an active and fast-growing chapter of highly-motivated staging professionals. We meet every month for business networking where we share issues, ideas and resources and discuss ways in which we can expand Home Staging in this region in the most professional manner, protect our businesses and create a unified market approach for clients. We participate as a group in real estate trade shows, the annual Home Staging Symposium, and community service events such as the IAHSP Foundation Worldwide Staging Service Week.
Fees for annual membership are $40.00 for Stagers and $20 for Realtors and are used to market Orange County IRC and our ASP Designation throughout our region. Members must also join the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP) ($150.00 annually) and remain in current standing as both an ASP and IAHSP Member as long as they are members of the local IAHSP Chapter.
We also welcome Affiliate Business Members – Orange County companies, vendors or service providers who support our Staging efforts. Affiliate Business Membership will include annual fees of $150.00, which allows these business owners to market directly to our IAHSP membership as well as host our meetings as scheduled.
